Ingredients: Cloves, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, Rosemary 
 
Instructions: Use 2-3 drops of our defense oil added to 8 oz of water or Tea before consumption. Place 2-3 drops on the bottom of each foot. Add a few drops to a natural hand sanitizer made of a food grade alcohol base or water. You can also add this oil to a natural home cleanser.
 
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Shake well
