About the event
During this Workshop, you will learn about what Kemetic Yoga is and how this practice aligns with our idea of wellness. Participants will be guided through a relaxing and recalibrating breathing practice. They will also have the opportunity to practice a directional Sun Salutation. Our workshops help improve circulation and create space for energetic regulation. Our Kemetic Yoga Sequence will end with a guided meditation and sound bath experience. After this practice, participants will be invited to participate in an Herbal Tea ceremony hosted by Simply Soqi Botanicals.
