At Simply Wellness Collective, we offer our community the option to participate in curated programs that encompass all three of the elements of our business's offerings Botanicals, Kemetic Yoga, and accessible Wellness. Each of the programs below aims to expand on students' ability to cultivate health and vitality with their bodies and environment. All of our programs also offer the ability to request customization of the offered curricula.

Your Center

4 week Coaching Program

Join our 4 week coaching program that will help you to begin your inner healing journey by addressing your unique internal innergetic design.

Our program offers herbal & detox coaching, muscle releasing practices, breathing exercise and mindfulness meditation and so much more. Each week we will be working intimately with different organ systems in the body learning how to build wellness strategies

How this Program heals

Herbal Wisdom

Detoxifying

Herbal wisdom can create a more natural approach in working with various maladies that disrupt your internal world. We will dive into the magic of some of our herbal blends and how you can use our blends.

​Detoxifying will allow your body the space to heal and repair itself from all of the chemicals and bad food choices that we make. Your body will become more alkaline and thereby allowing you to have healthier cell growth and internal repair.

Muscle Relaxation

Muscle releasing practices from qigong will allow you to release tension and stress in the muscles and innergetic body.

This package will include 3 personal training classes per week of Kemetic

Yoga classes.

Breathing practices

Breathing practices are so powerful in detoxifying your blood and allowing more oxygen to flow to your brain and body, these healing practices will also allow you to feel more relaxed and centered. Susu meditation is practiced after every class.

mindful meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a must have to bring you into your center.

We teach a variety of practices that you can easily integrate into your daily life schedule.

+ 3 weekly Private Kemetic Yoga Sessions
