SImply Kemtic Yoga Class

This is a donation based community Kemetic Yoga class. Our Classes aim to make Kemetic Yoga and associated wellness and healing practices more accessible to individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels. These sessions provide a safe and inviting space for participants to explore movement through the Kemetic lens, geometric progression, breathwork, mindfulness, and stress relief in a supportive group setting without financial barriers. All classes are also available through Zoom, Meeting ID and Password provided on the ticket.
