About the event
Our Wellness Workshops are designed to create immersive healing experiences that go beyond movements. These workshops encourage participants to slow down, reconnect, and nourish both mind and body. Each workshop will have its own individual focus and will come with an immersive educational experience and a Simply Wellness Collective take-away of some kind. Our workshops also offer attendees the opportunity to shop in our store intentionally, discover holistic products and services, and further support community and individual wellness
